Why Globalink?
When you join our network:
- You benefit from a network of pre-qualified freight forwarding partners spanning the globe, and the opportunity to diversify your business by gaining access to new markets.

Why two networks?
Globalink Network and Global Value Network
With limited memberships available in each country, Globalink quickly became full in many major markets worldwide. Rather than continue to turn away more qualified members, we started a second network with the same model, to make our proven networking style available to more agents.
Both networks are covered under the same Platinum Plus Financial Protection and invited to a combined Annual Meeting each year. However, each network is separate, with the GLNK team facilitating introductions between members of the separate networks when needed.
Currently the target country list for each network is different, with some overlap. If your application is accepted, we will add you to the most meaningful network for your location.
Common questions
How does membership actually help me build business?
Our members are independent forwarders who commit, in writing, to build business with one another, under a common agency agreement. That means you are not cold calling strangers. You are reaching out to companies that already want to work with you.
We deliver that for a fraction of what it would cost you to build the same thing in house, because the sales and admin cost is spread across the whole network. All it takes from you is reaching out.
How many members do you allow per country?
Two in most countries. Limited membership gives our members real choice without creating a group so large that nobody knows anybody. Once a market is full, we close it to further membership.
We do not offer single member exclusivity as a rule. Networks built that way tend to fail, because a sole member has little incentive to stay competitive on rates or service.
What are the requirements to join?
We look for established independent forwarders handling international freight forwarding rather than domestic services only. Your application should include three freight forwarding references from firms outside your own country.
We contact those references and run our own checks before any company is accepted.
What does it cost, and how is the fee structured?
Membership is a flat annual fee, based on the number of offices you place in the network, plus a contribution to the Platinum Plus Financial Protection fund.

Do I have to give up my existing agents?
No. We are a non exclusive network. You keep every agent relationship you already have. Membership adds to those relationships, it never replaces them.
Every one of our members already had agents around the world before they joined. That is the point, not an objection to it.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. We believe the best new members are the partners and friends of our existing members. For every successful referral that joins the network, we provide you with 500 dollars off your membership fee.
If four or more members join within the year, your membership renewal is waived the following year. As an added bonus, you save time and money by using our Annual Meeting to meet one on one with all your preferred partners.
What happens after my company is accepted and payment is received?
Once your payment has been received, we announce your company to the entire network and share your approved member profile, which we draft and send to you for your approval, with the entire network via our Broadcast Email Tool and WhatsApp Group.
How do I log in to the members-only website?
You will be provided with a username and password. The members-only website provides contact information for all of our members, as well as many helpful tools to help you connect with fellow members and get busy building your business.
I did not hear back about my application. Did you receive it?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you have not received a response, it is possible we did not receive your application. Please contact us by email and we will look into it.
When and where is the Annual Meeting?
We hold one Annual Meeting each year, in the first quarter, and complimentary virtual networking events run year round. There is still no better way to develop a partnership than meeting face to face, and the Annual Meeting lets you do that with the whole network in one trip.
